Return and Refund Policy
At Discount Ceramics Online, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return and refund policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is not a special order item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in resalable condition—unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us via email at purchasing@discountceramicsleicester.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. If you prefer we can quote for our courier to arrange a collection. If it is a pallet collection the goods will need to be to wrapped to the pallet so they are safe in transit and the pallet will need to be on a flat solid area accessable for a pallet truck to collect.
Non-Refundable Items
Special order items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours. You did not have to pay a return shipping fee in this case. We pay for the postage of the product back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
