Shipping policy
Order processing and verification usually happen on the same day as the order (please note cutoff for same day dispatch on the checkout screen)
Otherwise, we will process the order the next morning (excluding weekends) orders placed on Saturday or Sunday won't be processed until Monday.

Where we ship to:
We ship to England, Scotland and Wales. For shipping outside of these areas please call to get a quote as carriage varies Greatly.
Please be aware deliveries outside the UK Mainland may have customs duties and taxes applied. The cost of these fees will vary depending on the items, order value and destination country. These are determined on arrival in the destination country and, if applicable, customs will contact you to collect payment before the parcel can be delivered. This is out of our control and we are unable to advise what charges may apply, therefore we recommend thoroughly researching this matter prior to placing your order. Turn around times outside of UK Mainland can also be up to 5 working days.
Shipping Cost:
Free shipping on orders of £500 or over £500. If your order is under £500, you must pay a flat cost - depending on weight - Parcel carriage starts a £9.00 - Pallet carriage starts at £45.00 for GB Mainland.
Note: Cut Sample Delivery charge £2.50
Curbside Delivery
All shipments are delivered curbside. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated location. For Pallet Delivery please notify use in order notes if there is any restricted access as deliveries can be made in large vehicles. You will need a flat solid area for pallet tail-lift deliveries.
Order changes
Once an order has been placed, we have a few hours to change information or cancel the order. Once the order leaves our warehouse (usually a few hours after the order has been received), we can no longer change the information.
Incorrect addresses
In the event that a shipping address is incorrectly specified when placing an order, Discount Ceramics Online takes no responsibility and can not send a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realise that you provided an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us via our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. The quickest way to get in touch is via our contact form or email us at purchasing@discountceramicsleicester.co.uk. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
