At Discount Ceramics Online, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Our standard delivery service is an economy shipping option, taking approximately 2 to 3 working days, but if you need your items sooner, we offer an express shipping option at checkout for faster delivery. All shipments are delivered curbside, so please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated location. We take great care in packaging our products, but if your items are damaged during transit, please report any damages within 5 days of delivery, as claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. For any questions regarding shipping or damages, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Thank you for shopping with Discount Ceramics Online!

All colours, shades, and finishes displayed on this website, in digital previews, or in any online materials are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to variations in device screens, monitor calibration, display settings, lighting conditions, and digital rendering processes, the colours shown online may not accurately represent the final physical product.

By proceeding with an order or relying on any online representation, the user acknowledges and accepts that the final delivered product may differ in colour, shade, tone, or finish from what is displayed digitally. Such differences do not constitute a defect, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver as described.

The company makes no guarantee that the colours displayed on any device will precisely match the final manufactured or delivered product. Customers are encouraged, where colour accuracy is critical, to request physical samples or swatches prior to placing an order.

The company shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from colour discrepancies between digital representations and the final product.
