Laticrete Strata Decoupling Membrane 30m² (Full Roll)

Laticrete Strata Mat Antifracture decoupling waterproofing membrane of HDPE+PP to protect floors from movements of the substrate in commercial and residential settings, indoors and outdoors. Allows faster installation and waterproofing of the floor, protecting it from fracturing due to movements of the substrate also on damp backings.

Uses

• For indoor and outdoor use, on terraces, balconies and flat roofs

• It is used as a decoupling membrane under installations of tiles and natural stone to prevent the movements of the substrate getting transmitted to the coating

• Waterproofing if used with WPM Tape glued with cement-based waterproofing products or with reactive adhesives of the LATICRETE line.

• Allows the residual moisture of the substrates to escape, suitable for damp backings

• Ideal with heating floors

• Fit for vehicle traffic in non-industrial environments

• Ideal for use on plywood and chipboard

• It is applied to the substrate with a normal adhesive for tiles modified with a polymer (C2) or reactive adhesive (R2)

Limitations

• Use only when floor-mounted on the prescribed substrates.

• DO NOT use straddling structural joints.

• DO NOT leave exposed but always coat with the prescribed finishings.

• Minimum tile thickness >7.5 mm.

• DO NOT leave exposed for any longer than a week. In any case, it must be protected from direct abrasion and direct sunlight until the envisaged coating is installed.

• DO NOT apply the membrane or the envisaged coating with solvent-based adhesives.

Notes: The surfaces must be structurally solid, stable and sufficiently rigid to support ceramic/stone tiles and similar finishings
